I have to keep 2 copies on hand! Every time I buy this for myself I end up giving one as a gift. This is a wonderful tool for shifting your energy into the positive. Easy to do and so beneficial! I say Bravo to Jessica. This is a true gem.
I few years ago several tragic things changed my life but in my grief & depressed state some friends helped me to seek the Lord & find the love missing from my heart. I met Jessica during this time & was thrilled she put this fantastic journaling book in my hands. It was hard to be up & positive then. Journaling was difficult for me at first. Journal+ made it easy, fun, thought provoking & very enjoyable! Journal+ guides you, keeps you focused & brings positive energy to your mind! It also helps with framing your faith & prayers as you take some one on one time with our Lord. I love all that it offers! You will too! Makes a wonderful gift to all too.
I was lucky enough to win this journal in a goodreads give away, but they did not influence my review. The set up for this journal will make writing in it a breeze. On one side of the page there are thought bubbles with questions for me to think about and answer. The other side of the page gives me a space to write my thoughts for the day. And even a small area for doodling! They only thing that would have made this better was for it to be spiral bound so that it could lay flat when I was writing.
This will make a wonderful gift! Going to stock up for the holidays for stocking stuffers and small gifts. (teachers, coaches, bible study etc.)
